Breast Imaging / Mammography Radiologist opportunity in Connecticut

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking BC/BE Breast Imaging / Mammography Radiologists to support clinical services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT; Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs, CT.

Preferred Experience

• Breast Imaging Fellowship trained, board certified Radiologist.
• Experience in high-volume clinical environments with an integrated health system.
• Proficiency in a full range of Breast imaging including full field digital mammography; Breast tomosynthesis; Breast ultrasound and MRI screening and diagnostic mammography; and stereotactic and ultrasound image-guided breast interventions.
• Proficiency with PACS, Powerscribe, Magview and current radiology IT platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with referring clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Experience participating in quality improvement initiatives or radiology practice development.
• Teaching experience or interest in working with residents/medical students.

Certification & Licensure

• Board certified or Board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
• Compliance with Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) federal requirements
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in CT.
• Maintained credentialing in accordance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS optional depending on subspecialty)
